One person at a time, the DC Dream Center inspires youth and adults to dare to dream, equipping them to reach their God-given potential.
One of the reasons that I wanted to mentor was because I knew that I would get exposed to new things and new experiences that I wouldn’t have otherwise. I think that being a mentor is just as much for me as my mentee.
For so long when I was at my lowest point Rachel would be the person who would rescue me from that and say “now you’re going to do this”, and it would be so much better and more helpful.

THANK YOU so much to our wonderful Second Saturday Serve team who were such a blessing to us this weekend! With their help we were able to do much needed yard work and prepare for an upcoming mission team we will be hosting later this month.

Get Out and Go Green was not stopped by the rain! We changed the plan and headed inside for a morning of climbing—learning new skills, challenging ourselves and having fun!!
Get Out and Go Green is a community based nature series for ages 11-18 , which introduces diverse communities to nature through free programs and clubs. We meet once a month and our next date will be Saturday April 20th, from 10am-12pm. Join us to celebrate Earth Day and beautify the DC Dream Center rooftop!
Happy Easter! We had a wonderful time celebrating with the community at our children’s Easter Party. On this Resurrection Sunday we especially praise God for sending Jesus, and His continued kindness and goodness to us!
